DESCUP 2025 Ends on a High Note for Dhiraagu

The 19th annual futsal championship, DESCUP 2025, sponsored by Dhiraagu, has ended and the sporting and friendship event has been yet another successful year among its staff.
The tournament of this year consisted of three different leagues. DSS United has turned out to be the top team, having earned the Cup of CEO and the MD as well as the premier leagues after a tight final battle with Finanzes. CNFC was able to claim the championship in the Super League in a competitive match with ROC United.
The Women Fiesta, designed to showcase women talent at Dhiraagu also ended in style. The title was taken by team Hiyala following a tightly fought game with Technology Kanbalun.
Overall, 20 teams that represented 321 employees who were based in different parts of the country participated, which highlights the high interest in the annual event. In addition to the outcomes, DESCUP shows that Dhiraagu values the wellbeing and participation of its employees, with Dhiraagu eClub on the frontline to offer sports and recreational activities outside the office.
As DESCUP 2025 is now over, the tournament remains a key internal event of the company promoting the idea of teamwork, inclusion and healthy competition.
