Tree Top Hospital has once again demonstrated its commitment to community health by supporting the “Healthy Kids for the Future” sports event, held on May 17 at the Hulhumale Synthetic Track. The event, organized by Racers MV, marked Kids Athletics Day and Children’s Day and was backed by the Maldives Athletics Association and the Ministry of Sports, Fitness, and Recreation.
Through its participation, Tree Top Hospital highlighted the importance of preventive healthcare and youth development. The hospital provided medical support during the event, reinforcing its role in promoting healthy lifestyles through sports.
Tree Top Hospital is no stranger to community events, having previously supported major activities such as the Ooredoo Fun Run, Dhiraagu Road Race, and the Maldives Half Marathon. These efforts are part of the hospital’s broader goal to reduce non-communicable diseases by encouraging fitness in the community.
In addition, the hospital took part in HDC’s Children’s Day celebration, held in honor of Uppsala’s 21st anniversary, further reflecting its focus on child wellness and health education.
Tree Top Hospital plans to grow its outreach programs by combining physical activity with health education, especially for young people—cementing its long-term vision to improve public health across the Maldives.
