Dhiraagu Boosts Customer Verification with MOU with Department of National Registration

Dhiraagu, the leading telecommunications provider in the Maldives, has taken a significant step towards enhancing customer verification and NID authentication processes by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of National Registration (DNR).
The MOU, signed by Dhiraagu's Director of Customer Services & Regional Operations, Masood Ali, and Deputy Minister of Homeland Security and Technology, Ahmed Aaly, aims to establish an additional layer of authentication for national ID cards submitted by customers during service applications.
According to Ahmed Aaly, the partnership ensures heightened security for Dhiraagu's customers during service applications, with the full support of DNR.
Masood Ali expressed Dhiraagu's pleasure in collaborating with the Department of National Registration on this digital initiative, emphasizing the enhanced security and authenticity it brings to customer interactions.
